Performance Characteristics
The W model series from the Italian manufacturer Mazzoni refers to the series of high-performance hot water high-pressure cleaners with 400V designed for industrial, highest demands and continuous operation.
Depending on the filter selection, the W5000TST, W5050TST, W6000TST and W15 / 400TST series have a 5.5 or 7.5 kW or 11 kW electric motor that drives a self-sufficient crankshaft high-pressure pump unit with a flexible coupling at 1,400 rpm. The motor pump unit provides working pressures of 210 bar or 400 bar at 15 l / min, 21 l / min, 25 l / min or 30 l / min flow rate. The organs of the high-pressure cleaner such as the stainless steel burner housing, the crankshaft high-pressure pump unit with full ceramic pistons are designed for continuous industrial operation and are correspondingly robust and durable components. The external blue pressure / volume regulator (circulation valve) ensures, for example, quick and uncomplicated maintenance and enables the working pressure and flow rate to be regulated.
The high-pressure cleaner is a hot water device, which means that it can produce hot water on its own because it has a diesel burner. This enables the water to be heated to around 80 ° C (ΔT) at the maximum flow rate, which significantly improves the cleaning performance. If the flow rate is reduced on the blue pressure regulator, the diesel burner can continuously heat the water up to 150 ° C.
The operating display provides information about the operating status and shows fill levels and any system error messages. The device is equipped with all safety sensors, such as optical flame monitoring, low water protection and an external fan motor. The W series has an internal detergent tank, the suction of which can be regulated and which further increases the cleaning effect. The machine also has an internal automatic descaling system, the liquid addition of which is accessible from the outside.
The associated double-jet lance is equipped with the industrial quick-release system and enables stepless pressure regulation with constant flow rate.
Compared to the manual thermostat (standard), the option of the digital thermostat enables the temperature to be selected without major temperature fluctuations. This proves itself in various applications, such as. B. weed killing to be extremely effective. Not only is it controlled digitally, the input display also shows you the digits digitally.
The design and characteristics of this high-pressure cleaner correspond to the very highest industrial quality standard in terms of motor-pump unit, burner technology, etc.
Please keep in mind that when used with power generators, they must generate at least 2.5 times the power of the electric motor for smooth operation due to the high starting current.
