Performance Characteristics
The type designation of the device is ST-4000 Vapor and is an industrial dry steam jet, i.e. it only emits water vapor with a very small amount of water, with no washing performance, in contrast to a hot water high-pressure cleaner. The dry steam jet is used to loosen surfaces and / or to act due to the high temperature.
This machine is used, for example, in professional car cleaning indoors and outdoors, upholstery cleaning, engine cleaning, surface cleaning and degreasing or in the food industry for disinfection etc.
The machine is equipped with a diesel-powered heating module, which heats the water to up to 180 degrees Celsius and releases it in the form of water vapor at up to 10bar. The heating module is very large with 14l water volume, so that there is always enough water vapor (42kg / h) available in continuous operation, which can be regulated.
The machine is operated with 220V and consumes 3.3 liters of diesel per hour with a power consumption of only 150 watts.
In addition, a cleaning agent tank with a capacity of 10 liters is installed, the addition of which can be regulated, as well as a container for liquid decalcifying agent to protect the heating coil from calcification. To use the cleaning agent injection, an additional hose set is required, as shown in Fig. 9 OPTIONAL. These hose sets then have 2 channels (one for water vapor and the other for the cleaning agent) and differ in the length of the lance.
The ST-4000 Vapor can be operated by two people, i.e. two users can work separately with two separate hose sets.
