Features HP Telescopic Lance:
The professional HP telescopic lance for cold and hot water high pressure cleaner of all classes, has a length in the shortest condition of 2.0m and can be extended up to 8.0m. A high-pressure gun and an internal high-pressure hose are screwed with the lance. The whole unit can be operated <60°C and 200bar.
The HP telescopic lance is used wherever you otherwise can’t get there, i.e. up to 6.0m from you. As standard, the lance tip is supplied with an M22 overlay nut, whereby e.B. then the PV washing brush module or HD articulated joint with nozzle can be adapted.
The HP telescopic lance consists of 6 extendable segments made of fiberglass and weighs only about 4.5kg completely without water. The quick release clamps consist of a hard plastic rotary closure.
The HP telescopic lance is now not only used for the control and long arm of the “Photovoltaic Wash Brush Module”, but is now also equipped with the supplied stainless steel HP articulated joint (0°-120° fixable), on which the flat jet nozzle can be screwed on and thus used as an independent HP telescopic lance with pointed flat beam spray angles. The HP telescopic lance can therefore also be used as a long HP lance with HP articulated joint and HP nozzle WITHOUT photovoltaic washing brushes module.
Features Washing brush module:
The professional solar systems or photovoltaic washing brush module has 3 20cm wide and rotating nylon brush heads, which result in a cleaning width of approx. 55cm.
The rotation with high torque is generated by the flow rate of the high-pressure cleaner, by means of a gearbox and drive nozzles (analog iSolar©, Karcher). The working pressure of the high-pressure cleaner used is reduced to a back pressure of only 30-40Bar by the individually tuned internal drive nozzles of the Photovoltaic Wash Brush Module. Due to our design, we can satisfactorily tune the 3 individual washing brushes even for very small HPW >8l/min flow rate.
The washing brush module is equipped with an HP articulated joint for comfortable vertical handling. This allows the use of the brush module on PV systems of any roof inclination. The lance holder above the brush module, with center of gravity, prevents a possible tipping, so that this always lies flat and is easy to control.
The 3 nylon brush attachments are subject to little wear and can be replaced very easily. An exchange kit (3- is available at any time as an optional option for 99 euros.
Features Chemical Injectors:
All cold water high-pressure cleaners that do not have an internal water tank can only suck in detergent additives in the low pressure area. For the use of the cleaning agent in conjunction with our rotating washing brush module, it is necessary that the high-pressure cleaner injects the cleaning agent during the high-pressure phase.
This external chemical injector enables cleaning agent suction via the water supply of the high-pressure cleaner. The component is used between the water supply hose and the high-pressure cleaner. By means of a dosing valve, the cleaning agent supply can be dosed on a scale. All hoses are transparent and the set is ready for connection.
Features Cleaning agents:
The cleaning agent Herwetec Schukolin Solarsoft is especially suitable for cleaning glass, photovoltaics or solar systems, as it not only provides a purifying effect, but also a water decalcifying or softening effect and is also biodegradable. Thus, no further descaling is necessary, even with very calcified water. Due to the leftover pearl effect, your PV system is better protected against further contamination.
At medium levels of pollution, 10l Solarsoft up to 1.000m2 of space is sufficient. Depending on the degree of contamination and the corresponding indexing, the yield is smaller or greater. In case of less contamination, the agent is also dilutable.

The type designation of the device is KM300 and is one of the powerful cold water high-pressure cleaners of the Mazzoni brand on a 230 volt basis and flanks the absolute professional class, industrial quality.
The crankshaft high-pressure pump unit is equipped with 3 ceramic pistons, is driven by an electric motor with 1,400 rpm and produces a working pressure of 150 bar at 11 liters of water volume per minute, which can be continuously regulated between 30 and 150 bar via a control wheel on the pump head.
Furthermore, the KM300, with the supplied external chemical injector, has a cleaning agent suction, the addition of which is just as infinitely adjustable and further enhances the cleaning effect. This injector can of course also be used in THE HIGH-PRESSURE OPERATION. Here comes the special solar system cleaning agent Solarsoft, which also contributes to the descaling / softening of the water, on a biodegradable basis.
The electric motor is air-cooled and also has a thermal fuse that protects against any overheating. During the standby phase, the pressure is reduced to 0 by means of the by-pass valve throughout the system, which greatly reduces the wear of all components and accessories.
The KM300 can also be operated by external water source up to a flow temperature of 50°C. Due to its compact design, performance specification and technology, this high-pressure cleaner fits perfectly with the PV washing brush module. Even in terms of compactness, no long hoses are necessary.
