Performance Characteristics
A ready-to-connect motor-pump unit from the Italian brand Mazzoni is offered, installed on vibration dampers in a space-saving, solid aluminum profile cage with a SS hose reel (according to filter selection). The high-pressure cleaner is intended for stationary permanent installation (also wall mounting or vehicle integration) and has a flexible coupling that reduces wear. The bypass valve has a pressure / volume regulation and enables the working pressure to be regulated between 30 and 210 bar at a maximum of 30 l / min. The high-pressure pump unit has a delayed automatic start / stop, i.e. after letting go of the high-pressure gun, the motor runs for 15 seconds in bypass and then switches off. When the high pressure gun is actuated again, the engine starts up again immediately and the full working pressure is immediately available again.
Depending on the filter option, the SS hose reel is supplied with a 20m or 40m high-pressure hose and a spray set (double jet lance with pressure adjustment).
The Mazzoni company has existed in Northern Italy since 1969 as a manufacturer of high-pressure cleaners, steam jets and individual components such as burners, high-pressure crankshaft pumps and attachments. The owner-managed family company with around 80 employees continues to produce everything by hand and only supplies top-quality components and devices in a rock-solid design for continuous industrial operation. The focus here is on quality, not profitability. The supply of spare parts and / or maintenance is guaranteed by our workshop in 65205 Wiesbaden, other dealers and German-speaking contacts at Mazzoni.
