Performance Characteristics
A high-pressure cleaner from the Italian brand Mazzoni is offered, installed in a space-saving, solid aluminum profile cage on castors with parking brakes and with a VA hose drum and 50m HD hose in DN8. the device has an electrically driven high-pressure pump unit rotating at 1,450 rpm with a motor output of 2.2 kW.
The bypass valve has a pressure/volume regulation and allows the working pressure to be regulated between 30 and 150 bar at a maximum of 11l/min. The high-pressure pump unit has a delayed automatic start/stop, i.e. after releasing the high-pressure gun, the motor runs in the bypass for 15 seconds and then switches off. When the high-pressure gun is actuated again, the motor starts up again immediately and the full working pressure is immediately available again.
The Mazzoni crankshaft high-pressure pump unit with ceramic pistons is designed for continuous industrial operation and represents an extremely robust and low-maintenance pump concept. The external pressure control valve ensures, for example, quick maintenance and that the pump head is not washed out unnecessarily. The HD pistol ST2300 is equipped with the industrial KW quick-release system, as is the HD double-jet lance with a quick-release long nipple.
The Mazzoni company existed in northern Italy in 1969 as a manufacturer of high-pressure cleaners, steam jets and individual components such as burners, high-pressure crankshaft pumps and attachments. The owner-managed family company with around 80 employees continues to produce everything by hand and only supplies top-quality components and devices in a rock-solid construction for continuous industrial operation. The focus here is on quality, not profitability.
