The KXSB model series from the Italian manufacturer Mazzoni describes the series of high-pressure cleaners with petrol engines designed for industrial, heavy-duty use and continuous operation.
The KXSB15 / 500 series has a 25 HP petrol engine from the manufacturer Kohler (boat engines), flanged by means of an oil bath transmission gear to an independent, flexible coupling flanged crankshaft high-pressure pump unit with full ceramic pistons, external circulation valve, throttle-free speed control and electric start. The motor pump unit provides a working pressure of 500 bar at a flow rate of 15 l / min.
The external pressure / volume regulator (circulation valve) ensures, for example, quick and uncomplicated maintenance and enables the working pressure and flow rate to be regulated. Optionally, a double jet lance can be purchased from us, through which the working pressure can be regulated directly on the lance. A gas-free speed regulation is also installed, which is controlled by hydraulics via the bypass of the external circulation valve. If the user lets go of the high-pressure gun, the motor speed is reduced to the idle speed. The engine also has a low oil safety device.
All that is needed to start the machine is the key, which eliminates the need to tighten the cable. The 12V battery is firmly screwed to the trolley and is continuously charged during operation.

This machine is not only suitable for cleaning, it is so brutal that you can remove and / or restore surfaces. Ideally designed for use in the construction, agriculture and forestry sectors or municipalities, they remove chewing gum and graffiti and clean containers, tanks, formwork, containers and construction machinery. Concrete renovation, concrete removal, paint stripping and even the debarking of trees can also be achieved in this way.
The Mazzoni company existed in northern Italy in 1969 as a manufacturer of high-pressure cleaners, steam jets and individual components such as burners, high-pressure crankshaft pumps and attachments. The owner-managed family company with around 80 employees continues to produce everything by hand and only supplies top-quality components and devices in a rock-solid design for continuous industrial operation. The focus here is on quality, not profitability.
